This product is a kind of shrink sleeve made of high tensile strength PETG film as the base material, which is processed by printing, slitting and gassho. PETG heat shrinkable label refers to the label printed on heat shrinkable film (mainly low shrinkage PETG, medium shrinkage PETG, high shrinkage PETG, and high tensile strength PETG) with special ink as the packaging material. During the labelling process, when heated (approx. 70 °C), the shrink label quickly shrinks along the outer contour of the container and adheres to the surface of the container.

 

How to use:

 

This product is suitable for linear guide pillar type (Jinhuang KSL-2000, Peixin DSL-345MH, Lefeng AP-600), rotary type (Japanese automatic precision machine SL-720), rotary type or rotary type and other sleeve equipment; It is generally used in the linear guide column sleeve labeling machine, and the packaging speed can reach 300-500 bottles/min; In order to ensure a high shrinkage speed and shrinkage requirements for different bottle types, it is recommended to use a multi-stage adjustable shrink furnace for shrink molding.

 

Precautions

 

The storage temperature of the label is 5°C-25°C. When the storage temperature is below 5°C, the product needs to be kept warm and it needs to be placed in a suitable temperature environment 8 hours before using the label. When the storage temperature is above 28°C, cooling measures are required to prevent the label from shrinking and deforming.
